YOGA
Megan Harris, TGC Athletics yoga instructor took her first yoga class on a whim as a young athlete and found the calming effect of synchronizing her breath and body through fluid movements, something she would return to again and again. After practicing yoga for 25 years, she enrolled in a training course with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center owned by Steph Ball-Mitchell. She recently completed their comprehensive 250-hour teacher training program and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance.
Megan’s teaching interests include Power Flow, Gentle Flow, Yoga for Teens and Kids, and Yoga for Athletes, especially golf, Tennis, and Skiing. She believes yoga to be a powerful practice that helps people unlock their physical and mental potential.
